Prayer! Praying daily for him will not only bless him but you!!
Tammy Connelly is hosting a month long prayer group through Facebook. She says -
"Blessing our husbands with a month long prayer group dedicated entirely to them. We're praying the prayers found in the book "Power of a Praying Wife" by Stormie OMartian. No need to have the book to pray these prayers. However, it's a nice compliment to the prayer. Also, each chapter is a guide to the thoughts behind the prayer for that chapter. Certainly there will be some statements you may not feel comfortable with or you don't agree with, no surprise as not one of us will completely agree with another. But hold tight! Keep going! especially as this exercise is for our spouses more than for ourselves."
