Welcome to Zion's Women of Wisdom blog!

Our name comes from Proverbs 3:13-15
"Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold. She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her."

Women of Wisdom exists to encourage, equip, and develop every woman in our community to realize her potential as a woman and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

Our purpose is to build relationships among us for growth in our Christian womanhood, including new comers, established, and inter-generational.

Items Needed for A Woman's Concern

  • gently used or new maternity clothes
  • diaper bags
  • diapers (sizes 3, 4, 5)
  • wipes
  • nursing pads
  • nursing tanks tops, all sizes (from Target)
  • Onsies (all size, including 18-24 months)
  • Baby Thermometers
  • Gift cards to Target, Walmart, Giant, Wegmans
  • Gift bags, tissue paper
  • body wash
  • feminine hygiene products
  • Dreft (baby laundry detergent)
  • diaper rash ointment
  • baby lotion/wash/oil/powder
  • toliet paper
  • paper towels
  • windex
  • paper plates, cups, napkins
All items can be dropped off at any MOPS meeting, at the church office at Zion Community Church, or at the clinic at 423 South Pugh Street, State College, PA 16801
